Goat and Oat Fudge Drops

This is a goat milk version of a classic cookie favorite!

Goat and Oat Fudge Drops (No Bake Cookies)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup goat milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar

Combine is a sauce pan over medium heat, boil three minutes

Add,
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats

Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto wax paper, cool completely before eating. Enjoy!

Oh, I'm so glad you made one!!!

You know, you can make these with store bought milk, I wont tell the goats ;)

Seeing those beautiful drying racks brought back a flood of memories from back in Alaska. I used to freeze dry our clothes and baby diapers on the line before I finally got my first drying rack.

I'm going to be marketing my goat milk laundry soap soon maybe we should partner up :)
