This is a goat milk version of a classic cookie favorite!
Goat and Oat Fudge Drops (No Bake Cookies)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup goat milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
Combine is a sauce pan over medium heat, boil three minutes
Add,
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto wax paper, cool completely before eating. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteSeeing those beautiful drying racks brought back a flood of memories from back in Alaska. I used to freeze dry our clothes and baby diapers on the line before I finally got my first drying rack.
I'm going to be marketing my goat milk laundry soap soon maybe we should partner up :)
